Celebrating our first Employee Resource Group: Women@Assurant

Launched March 2022, Women@Assurant aims to support women with their personal and professional growth by providing mentorship, leadership development and sponsorship to drive empowerment and engagement. Women@Assurant provides a forum that encourages collaboration, connection and innovation, and engages leadership to maintain an open forum for ideas and support for the ERG.

Assurant STARS: Pushing for Workplace Disability Inclusion

By having conversations about creating job opportunities for people with disabilities, we want people in the communities we serve to have a place where they feel supported and valued. Anne Phillips spearheaded the Assurant STARS program, which connects employees with disabilities to job opportunities in the company.
